         Sunrise Land Developers and Construction, established in 2010, is primarily engaged in providing technical and legal services for land acquisition. The company also undertakes civil work contracts, including the development of approach roads, RCC culverts, and pre-stressed pre-cast boundary walls across India. Our team possesses extensive experience in all types of civil work projects. We serve a wide range of clients from various industrial sectors, including solar and wind energy, steel, mining, and more.
         Sunrise Land Developers and Construction has also ventured into the renewable energy sector, positioning itself as a land aggregator and developer for solar and wind power projects. Mr. Vijay Nivrutti Gaikwad (43), a partner in the company, brings over 15 years of experience in construction and civil engineering. He earned his Civil Engineering degree from Shivaji University. From 2005 to 2018, Mr. Gaikwad worked extensively in Gulf countries such as Oman (Muscat) and Qatar (Doha) with reputed companies like L&T, ECC Construction, and Towel and Construction. He leads the strategic planning for the company and is actively involved in client acquisition and project execution.
     Currently, he leads a team of more than 15 professionals from various disciplines. With strong expertise in civil management, strategic planning, and business leadership, Mr. Gaikwad plays a key role in driving the company’s growth. He also oversees project supervision during the execution phase. His extensive hands-on experience includes working with Mi-Van (aluminum formwork), L&T Doka material formwork, flex formwork, Topex formwork, table formwork, pre-tensioning slab formwork, cup-lock formwork, and various types of conventional formwork.
